Service Limitations

Our inspections represent professional opinions based on visual examination and available data. We cannot guarantee detection of all issues or future vehicle performance.

Booking and Cancellation

Services must be booked in advance. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice may forfeit deposits. We reserve the right to reschedule for safety or weather concerns.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at time of booking. All prices in AUD and include GST. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

Liability

We provide professional services in good faith but are not liable for purchase decisions you make based on our reports. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for services.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our reports is owned by SwiftSpan Auto and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in Victorian courts.
