How SwiftSpan Auto Started
SwiftSpan Auto was founded in 2015 by automotive engineer Marcus Chen after watching his younger sister get ripped off on her first car purchase. Despite being intelligent and careful, she fell victim to hidden mechanical issues and dealer tactics that cost her thousands in repairs.
Marcus realized that first-time buyers face an impossible information asymmetry. What started as helping friends and family evolved into a mission: create a service that levels the playing field.
